I picked up a thumbhole FAL today with an Imbel receiver. Whats the most cost effective 922r setup for this? Its not threaded for a brake. Can I just cut it down to 16.5" or would that require gas system modifications? Not sure on the origin of the parts. Can you guys tell from the pics?
